The MspI digest of pBR322 DNA yields 26 fragments. Suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis (1,2). Comes supplied with 1 vial of Gel Loading Dye, Purple (6X), no SDS.

- Optimum separation on 3%
